and Exchange Policy
At LynnsPerfectFit.com
we take great pride in providing our customers with the finest
lingerie. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with
your purchase, we will gladly accept returned merchandise for
exchanges for either a) 100% store credit, or b) a credit card
refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
The item must be returned to us in the precise condition it
was sent, namely, all tags and stickers are attached. They must
be packaged appropriately (so that items maintain their shape
and are not crushed), and received by us within 14 days of the
ship date. Please note that items not returned in this condition
will not be refundable. Due to hygienic laws, all merchandise
must be returned to us in clean, new, unworn nor washed condition,
free of scents, dirt, or other markings.
Damaged goods will be processed at our discretion. We reserve
the right to assess restocking/damage restoration fees, and
deny refunds according to the amount of damage done to the goods.
Late Returns/Exchanges - If more than 14 days but less than
21 days have passed since your package shipped and you would
like to exchange any of your items, you may return your item
for store credit only. There will be absolutely no returns or
exchanges after 21 days.
You will be charged shipping on the exchanged order.
How to Return Merchandise:
All returns should be sent in the original package with the
original receipt and instructions regarding the processing of
the return/exchange. You must call 1-901-546-7572 for a merchandise
return number.
Final
Sale of Items:
Due to the adhesive nature of Faveo Freedom Bra and other adhesive
products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any adhesives
items . In addition to the aforementioned items, our exchange
policy does not apply to sale items, special offers, special
orders, hosiery, panties and thongs. All of these items may
not be returned or exchanged. By law, intimate garments containing
a crotch, such as panties and thongs, cannot be returned.
Please choose your size carefully when ordering these products.
We encourage you to contact Customer Support with any sizing
questions that you might have before ordering.
Returning/Exchanging Notes:
We are not responsible for defects caused by customer error.
Our full liability is limited to exchanging the item if the
manufacturer deems the item to be defective. All lingerie items
are inspected by a senior staff member prior to shipping. If
we inadvertently send an incorrect item or a mislabeled item
we will not only cover the cost of the return but will also
cover the cost of shipping the correct item back to you. Please
note that we must first receive the returned item(s) prior to
sending the correct product back to you.
To redeem a Gift Certificate, you may do so by contacting our
Customer Support team Monday-Friday, 10AM-5PM Central Time.
Shipping Methods and Times:
At LynnsPerfectFit.com, all in stock orders placed Monday through
Friday by 1:00 PM CST will generally ship within 24 hours of
time that your order was received. If your order was placed
on a weekend, we are generally able to ship your order on the
following Monday.
Lynnsperfectfit.com ships all orders via USPS. We offer delivery
service within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii),
US Territories and Canada. Canadian orders will be shipped via
USPS Global Priority.
***Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be charged $12 additional.

to Canada, American Samoa, Fed. Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Island,
N. Mariana Is., Palau Island, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands

clinical breast exams (CBE's) and screening mammograms. Other
means of maintaining good breast health are monthly self-breast
exams (SBE's).

Tips & Warnings
Remember that all bras are not made equal. Experiment to find
the brand or style that best suits your figure. Wash bras by
hand, or in the delicate cycle of a washing machine in a mesh
bag. Avoid shrinkage and prolong life by hanging bras to air-dry
instead of machine-drying them.
If you have had a mastectomy, we have post-mastectomy bras in
many beautiful colors, styles, and cup sizes to II. We also
have a wide variety of silicone breast forms available for all
types of mastectomies or lumpectomies. Or, perhaps your need
is a change from your worn out, non-supportive bra. We can fit
you with the best coverage, most supportive bra that you've
ever worn. The Norvell custom bras are available in black, white
and beige, and come in cup sizes A-LL.
At Lynn's
Perfect Fit, we have worked with many women who have
had to deal with the pain of breast cancer. Every woman who
is going through this very difficult time has her own individual
needs. It has always been our desire to give each woman the
time that she needs to make this decision for her new start.
We will work with you to get that perfect fit...no matter how
long it takes. Our customized bras are different from "regular"
bras; they are custom fitted. Another way to explain this is
to say that we have many, MANY more sizes than the "regular"
bras. You will never have to feel that your bra is "just
a bit too small" or "just a bit too big". We
have the correct fit just waiting for you. Another wonderful
thing about the Norvell bra, you will never again have to deal
with painful strap indentations...no matter what your size.
